Info High-quality, tasty drink powder with dietary fiber (including konjac glucomannan, guar), protein, vitamins and minerals. Each serving contains 22 g of protein and 11 g of dietary fiber, so this drink has a good satiating effect. Without added carbohydrates and with real vanilla.

Ingredients:
Milk protein, partially hydrolyzed guar gum, whey protein, soy protein, chicken egg protein, glycine, konjac glucomannan, corn dextrin, inulin, potassium citrate, L-carnitine tartrate, flavors, taurine, emulsifier (soy lecithin, sunflower lecithin), magnesium carbonate, L-arginine HCl, vitamins [Vit. C (L-ascorbic acid), Vit. E (DLalpha-tocopheryl acetate, niacin (nicotinamide), pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate), Vit. B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), Vit. B2 (riboflavin), Vit. Application:
Once or twice daily depending on Mix 45 g of powder (45 g = 2 heaped tablespoons) with 250 ml of liquid (water, milk or milk substitute, e.g. almond milk). Use a fork, whisk or shaker to do this. The powder can also be stirred into yoghurt or mixed into muesli. Important: Drink 1-2 glasses of water immediately after consumption and ensure you drink enough fluids. Drink around 2 liters of liquid (water, unsweetened herbal or fruit tea) throughout the day.

Important information:
Keep out of the reach of small children. The recommended daily intake must not be exceeded. Does not replace a balanced and varied diet or a healthy lifestyle. Magnesium supplements can have a laxative effect. Konjac glucomannan can lead to a risk of choking in people who have difficulty swallowing or who do not drink enough fluids. Take the product with plenty of water so that Konjac glucomannan reaches the stomach.

I've been taking the Body Shape Drinks for about 5 weeks and am amazed at the very positive results!

I take two drinks daily (usually in the morning and at lunch). I've already lost 12 kilos, even if I occasionally eat something heavy on the weekends and drink a glass of wine. I've also lost about 5 cm in my waist circumference. So it really does attack stubborn fat deposits.

By the way, I don't feel hungry in between meals either – the drinks are plenty and also satisfying. I mix the powder with about 1 dl of water and 1.5 dl of almond milk; that's how it tastes best. - Katja S. Basel, (July 2025)
