People who dislike fish or have a fish allergy: 1 teaspoon daily
Children aged 3 to 9: 1/4 teaspoon daily or 1/2 teaspoon every 2 days
Children aged 10 to 17: 1/2 teaspoon daily or 1 teaspoon every 2 days

It can be taken with or without food.
