Ingredients:

Use:
Preparation: For one serving, place 30 g (or two slightly heaped tablespoons) in a dry container, adding 200 ml milk or stir skimmed milk with a fork or a whisk (or prepare it in a shaking cup).
Recommended consumption: If necessary, drink 1-2 servings of Vita Protein Complex daily or stir the powder into a fruit muesli. Make sure you drink enough fluids. Drink at least 2 liters of liquid (water, unsweetened herbal or fruit tea) throughout the day.
